Unfortunately, alchemy design is seriously broken. Instead of facilitating T2 production, it makes is just as difficult if not more so. Alchemy was suppose to be transmutation of one mineral into another. So Platinum => Mercury would be alchem...

I've tried one of these unrefined fermionic condensates or similar, and it just refined to 9 units of the regular type without extra stuff for recycling.
